FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We offered an extension to continue negotiating so that you wouldn't miss any of your favorite WLOX programming. Unfortunately, DISH Network rejected the extension and took WLOX down.
DISH Network has kept programmers off their lineup for several months at a time, which in this case would mean missing your favorite programming. In fact, since 2017, DISH Network has taken down over 200 television stations. Over 150 programmers and stations remain off their lineup today. We are working as hard as we can to get WLOX back on your lineup with DISH Network.
Unfortunately, DISH Network is unwilling to agree to a fair market deal to keep WLOX available to its subscribers and decided to drop WLOX from its channel lineup.
The amount of any credit is up to DISH Network, but we strongly suggest you ask for a refund for the change in service.
Call 877-2-KEEPUS to be connected to DISH Network and ask them to get WLOX back on their channel line-up. Also, WLOX is available on all other cable, satellite, telco and internet providers.

Our commitment to serving this community with trusted local news, weather, and essential information requires significant ongoing investment every day. We are one of the most-watched channels on DISH, helping DISH deliver real value to its subscribers. DISH charges you, their customer, for this expensive-to-produce content. We’re simply asking for them to pay a fair market rate for the right to carry our programming, just as other providers do.
